A. Sunday Villas is a short walk to the beach, between 5 and 10 minutes depending on how quickly you walk.

Q. How old do i have to be to rent at at Sunday Villas?

A. You have to be 25 or over, we may make exceptions with a damage deposit.

Q. Do you accept Pets?

A. Yes SOME of the properties at Sunday Villas accept pets.

Q. Do the Houses have Barbecue Grills?

A. Yes the Houses at Sunday Villas have outside barbecue grills

Q. How many houses are in Sunday Villas?

A. Sunday Villas is a small Cul De Sac of 16 Houses, 12 of which are available for rental.

Q. Are there any extra fees?

A. Only if you bring pets or you break something or leave the property in a poor condition, tax of 13% has to be added though.

Q. Do the houses have Internet access?

A. Yes all our rental houses in Sunday Villas have access to a secure WIFI network, you can ask for the current Access Key when you check in. The WIFI also covers the outside decks and pool area.
